JCV4–have you maybe use garlic clove and onion SALTS instead of natural powder? That could bank account for a lot of additional salt. Formula sounds excellent–I’m likely to give it a try.

We have by no means used meat broth once i prepared my white colored beans. It gave them a great flavor combined with other seasonings and ham hocks. A great convenience meals menu.

I am currently washing my dried out legumes. it’s following night time right here. early each morning I’ll get my smoked ham hocks and all sorts of should go inside the Crocker. will record back again when meal is performed. about to serve with spongy home made crusty a loaf of bread and straightforward green greens with mayo/ketchup/sAndp/fairly sweet relish/dijon as dressingwell, person is it tooooo salty and that i love sodium. tried out incorporating little couple of unprocessed unbleached sugar as sugar reductions sea salt, nope, then extra a lot more water, nope, put in a couple tablespoons of bitter lotion, nope. is it a total clean? I did think of putting in either a small amount of vinegar/red wine/gourmet coffee.Assist? just how do i conserve this pleaseAndthanks.

I truly loved the flavor of this menu and it also produced a lot! My only unfavorable was which i think it is extremely salty although I used the lowered salt poultry broth. Maybe which had been from your ham hocks. Adding some diced potatoes would possibly deal with the saltiness. The recipe was very easy to make as well as the home smelled wonderful while it was cooking!
