Glenn Sawicki is no stranger to the restaurant business. He has been in the field for over 24 years, participating in all aspects of the industry. Sawicki has owned his own restaurants and spent years traveling to different restaurants all over the United States menu consulting. Tired of traveling so much, Sawicki decided to pursue opening his own restaurant and knew Greenville`s West End was the perfect place. After 10 years of bountiful business Sawicki decided it was time to focus on what he loved most. He said goodbye to the West End Café and embraced the opportuntity to enhance the quality of his catering events, where he consistently delivers elegant, precise, and delicious dishes.

Chef Sawicki Sweeps
Chocolate Soiree 3rd Time
Head Chef Glenn Sawicki of Saffrons Café has done it again. With his White Chocolate Sippet Pudding, which included Wild Honey Vodka butter sauce glazed currants topped with fresh blackberries, he took home his third consecutive win at the event.
